Frame and fork kit includes replica 1954 Panhead wishbone frame kit and black 28 1946-48 Knucklehead offset fork assembly. Replica wishbone frame kit is an authentic reproduction of a 1954 Big Twin rigid frame which includes seat post, axle, and transmission plate already assembled. Frame will accept Panhead or Shovelhead engine with 4-speed transmission. Will also accept Knuckle or Flathead engines with use of a 3/8 front engine mount spacer. Features seat post, axle, transmission plate, mechanical brake cross shaft bushings, tool box mount, and grease fittings already installed.

Crossbar features a cable mount tab under the gas tank. Original forged parts include: Neck, front and rear engine mounts, side car mounts, top seat post yoke, footboard tabs, and rear axle plates. Neck will accept key lock. OEM No: 45515-46 Unit features front and rear legs with black finish, inner and outer springs, and rockers. For use with rigid frames with 30° rake.

Includes offset outside mount rockers to utilize interchangeable wheel with lug bolt type drum, studs and bushings, and spring rods with bushings. Some assembly may be required. These forks are replicas of the stock units with electric welded and brazed construction, and will accept all original style components and accessories for the detailed replica look.

Must order lower tank frame mount separately. Suggested to use with #51-0545 Lower Tank Frame Mount with Cross Plate. Hi/AK/PR/APO AP may be higher. I offer these parts at a discount on my website. All Sales are Final unless item is misrepresented.
